Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a bowl, mix the shrimp with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a round shape and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the creamy coconut milk evenly over the pizza base.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the coconut milk layer.
- Arrange the marinated shrimp evenly on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the coconut flakes over the shrimp.
- Drizzle olive oil lightly over the entire pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the shrimp are cooked through.
