  • Creamy coconut milk - 60 ml
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a round shape and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread the creamy coconut milk evenly over the pizza base.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the coconut milk layer.
  6. Arrange the marinated shrimp evenly on top of the cheese.
  7. Sprinkle the coconut flakes over the shrimp.
  8. Drizzle olive oil lightly over the entire pizza.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the shrimp are cooked through.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime juice.
