Steps
- Rinse the adzuki beans under cold water and soak them in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drain the soaked beans and place them in a pot with 500 ml of fresh water. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for about 30 minutes or until the beans are soft.
