Ingredients

  • Grass jelly - 100 grams
  • Coconut milk - 200 milliliters
  • Sugar - 50 grams
  • Water - 500 milliliters
  • Pandan leaves - 2 leaves (optional)
  • Ice cubes - as needed

Steps

  1. Prepare the grass jelly according to package instructions, usually by dissolving it in boiling water and letting it set until firm.
  2. Once the grass jelly is set, cut it into small cubes and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar, and pandan leaves. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove the pandan leaves and let the syrup cool.
  4. In serving bowls, add a generous amount of grass jelly cubes.
  5. Pour coconut milk over the grass jelly, followed by the sweet syrup.
  6. Add ice cubes to the bowls to make it refreshing. Serve immediately.
