Steps
- In a bowl, combine turmeric powder, minced garlic, chopped shallots, fish sauce, vegetable oil, chopped dill, finely chopped lemongrass, and black pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the fish fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the fish is marinating, cook the rice vermicelli noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
