Steps
- Rinse the glutinous rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then soak it in water for at least 30 minutes.
- In a pot, combine 500 ml of water and the soaked glutinous rice. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for about 15 minutes until the rice is tender.
- Add the sweet corn kernels and sugar to the pot, stirring to combine, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Pour in the coconut milk and a pinch of salt, then stir well. Allow the mixture to simmer for another 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
