Steps

- Pour the batter into a lightly greased steaming tray or a shallow dish, spreading it evenly.
- Steam the tray over boiling water for about 20 minutes until the mixture is set and firm.
- Once cooled, cut the steamed mixture into small squares or rectangles.
- In a saucepan, combine coconut milk, sugar, and the pandan leaves. Heat gently until the sugar dissolves and the mixture is warm; do not boil.
- Remove the pandan leaves and pour the sweetened coconut milk over the rice flour cakes.
