  • Red chili (sliced, optional) - 1

Steps

  1. In a pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and diced onion until fragrant and translucent.
  2. Add the chicken breast to the pot and cook until lightly browned on all sides.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle boil.
  4. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken breast, shred it into bite-sized pieces, and return it to the pot.
