- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and sliced onion until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomato and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring it to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the cubed tofu and salt, then reduce heat to a simmer.
- After 5 minutes, add the rau đay and black pepper, cooking for an additional 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
