Steps
- Begin by boiling 240 ml of water in a kettle or pot.
- In a Vietnamese coffee filter (phin), add 30 grams of Vietnamese coffee grounds.
- Pour a small amount of hot water over the coffee grounds to bloom them, allowing them to sit for 30 seconds.
- Gradually pour the remaining hot water over the coffee grounds and let it drip into a glass or cup below for about 4-5 minutes.
- While the coffee is brewing, prepare your serving glasses by adding a cup of ice cubes to each glass.
- In a separate bowl, mix the coconut milk and condensed coconut milk until well combined.
- Once the coffee is brewed, pour it over the ice-filled glasses.
- Top each glass with the coconut milk mixture and stir gently to combine.
