Ingredients
- Vietnamese dark roast coffee - 40 grams
- Water - 250 ml
- Coconut milk - 100 ml
- Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Ice cubes - 1 cup
Steps
- Boil 250 ml of water in a kettle.
- While the water is boiling, measure 40 grams of Vietnamese dark roast coffee and place it in a phin (Vietnamese coffee filter) or a drip coffee maker.
- Once the water is boiling, pour it slowly over the coffee grounds in the phin, allowing the coffee to drip into a glass or cup below. This should take about 4-5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mix 100 ml of coconut milk with 2 tablespoons of maple syrup until well combined.
- Fill two glasses with ice cubes, then pour the freshly brewed coffee over the ice until the glasses are about two-thirds full.
- Top each glass with the coconut milk mixture, stirring gently to combine.
