Ingredients

  • Vietnamese coffee - 50 grams
  • Hot water - 200 ml
  • Sweetened condensed milk - 60 grams
  • Protein powder (vanilla or unflavored) - 30 grams
  • Ice cubes - 1 cup
  • Milk (dairy or plant-based) - 200 ml
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Brew the Vietnamese coffee using a traditional phin filter or any coffee maker, adding 200 ml of hot water to 50 grams of coffee.
  2. In a separate container, mix the sweetened condensed milk with the protein powder and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  3. Once the coffee is brewed, pour it over the ice cubes in a tall glass.
  4. Add the sweetened condensed milk and protein mixture to the coffee, stirring well to combine.
