- Pizza dough - 200 grams

- Strong brewed coffee - 30 ml
- Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Red bell pepper - 1 (sliced)
- Mushrooms - 100 grams (sliced)
- Red onion - 1 small (sliced)
- Fresh basil leaves - 10 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- In a bowl, mix the tomato sauce with the brewed coffee, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes until well combined.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the coffee-infused tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce.
- Arrange the sliced red bell pepper, mushrooms, and red onion evenly over the cheese.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of the pizza.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
