  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
  • Lime (juiced) - 1
  • Red chili (sliced, optional) - 1

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix minced garlic, shallots, fish sauce, soy sauce, five-spice powder, black pepper, and olive oil to create a marinade.
