Steps
- In a bowl, marinate the mackerel fillets with turmeric powder, fish sauce, sugar, garlic, and black pepper. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the sliced shallots until they are golden brown.
