Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 400 grams, riced
  • Pork shoulder - 250 grams, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Stevia or erythritol - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Egg - 2, fried
  • Cucumber - 100 grams, sliced
  • Fresh cilantro - 20 grams, chopped
  • Lime - 1, juiced

Steps

  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine the pork slices with soy sauce, fish sauce, stevia, minced garlic, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the riced cauliflower. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Grill the marinated pork slices for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.
  5. In another skillet, fry the eggs sunny-side up or to your preference.
  6. To assemble, place a generous portion of cauliflower rice on each plate, top with grilled pork, a fried egg, cucumber slices, and chopped cilantro. Drizzle with lime juice before serving.
