  • Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
  • Fresh ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
  • Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut aminos - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine sea salt, chopped lemongrass, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, coconut aminos, and olive oil to create a marinade.
