Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and diced onion, sautéing until fragrant and translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced carrot and bell pepper, cooking for about 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
  4. Add the green peas and cooked jasmine rice, mixing well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and vegetarian oyster sauce, stirring to evenly coat the rice.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper to taste, cooking for an additional 3-5 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped spring onions.
