Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

- Incorporate the julienned carrot, bell pepper, and green beans, stirring frequently for about 5 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add the sliced cabbage and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until all vegetables are tender yet crisp.
- Add the cooked jasmine rice to the skillet, breaking up any clumps and mixing it well with the vegetables.
- Pour in the soy sauce and vegetarian oyster sauce, stirring continuously to ensure the rice is evenly coated.
- Season with black pepper, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped green onions.
