Steps
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear, then cook it according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine the sliced beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the marinated beef to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
- Incorporate the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper into the pan, stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
