Steps
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

- Wrap the marinated fish tightly in the banana leaves, ensuring it is sealed well.
- Place the wrapped fish on the grill and cook for about 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the fish is cooked through and has a smoky aroma.
- Once cooked, carefully unwrap the fish and serve it hot with fresh herbs and steamed rice.
