- Scallions - 100 grams
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Ginger - 10 grams
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons

Steps
- Prepare the fish fillets by rinsing them under cold water and patting them dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the fish sauce, lime juice, and black pepper. Set aside.

- Drizzle the fish sauce mixture over the fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
- Top the fish with the white parts of the scallions and, if using, sliced chili for a bit of heat.
- Steam the fish for about 15-20 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, carefully remove the fish from the steamer. Garnish with the green parts of the scallions and chopped cilantro before serving.
