- Fresh chili - 1, finely sliced (adjust to taste)
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
- Fresh mint - 10 grams, chopped

Steps
- Start by ensuring the salmon fillet is very fresh and sashimi grade. Rinse it under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the salmon into thin, bite-sized pieces (approximately 0.5 cm thick) and arrange them neatly on a serving plate.
- In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, fish sauce, minced garlic, and sliced chili to create the dipping sauce. Mix well and set aside.
- Prepare the herbs by roughly chopping the cilantro, mint, and basil. Place them in a small bowl or on the plate beside the salmon.
- Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and arrange them around the salmon for garnish and added crunch.
- Serve the salmon sashimi with the dipping sauce, fresh herbs, and cucumber. Enjoy immediately for the best flavor.
