- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander - 2 tablespoons (for garnish)
- Lime wedges - 2 (for serving)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Place the salmon fillet in a baking dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the salmon is well-coated. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- After marinating, transfer the baking dish to the preheated oven and bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Once cooked, remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
