  • Lettuce leaves - 4 pieces, for serving
  • Cucumber - 1/2, sliced
  • Carrot - 1, julienned

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, lime juice, fish sauce, honey, chopped coriander, black pepper, and olive oil to create the marinade.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
