Steps
- Press the firm tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into thick slices resembling salmon fillets.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, black pepper, chopped dill, and chopped parsley to create the marinade.
- Add the tofu slices to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat and brush it lightly with cooking oil.
- Once hot, grill the marinated tofu slices for about 4-5 minutes on each side until they develop a nice char and are heated through.
