- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Red chili - 1, finely chopped (optional)
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, lemon juice, fish sauce, olive oil, black pepper, salt, chopped cilantro, chopped green onions, and finely chopped red chili to create the marinade.
- Place the sea bass fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring the fish is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate.
- Preheat the grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the fish from the marinade and let any excess drip off. Place the fish on the grill skin-side down.
