- Fresh cilantro - 10 grams, chopped
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon
- Water - 500 milliliters
Steps
- Prepare the Cá Bớp fillet by rinsing it under cold water and patting it dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, ginger, lemon juice, fish sauce, black pepper, and sea salt to create a marinade.
- Place the Cá Bớp fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it is evenly coated. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.

- Arrange the marinated Cá Bớp on a heatproof plate and sprinkle with chopped cilantro and green onions.
- Once the water is boiling, place the plate with the fish into the steamer basket, cover it, and steam for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
