- Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves

- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Carrot (julienned) - 1 small
- Cucumber (sliced) - 1 small
- Fresh cilantro - 20 grams
- Fresh mint - 20 grams

Steps
- Soak the rice vermicelli in warm water for about 10 minutes or until soft, then drain and set aside.
