- Kosher ground pork - 100 grams

- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Baguette - 1, cut into two halves
- Cucumber - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Pickled carrots - 50 grams
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- In a skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- In a food processor, combine the sautéed onion and garlic, chicken liver, ground pork, fish sauce, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and incorporate chopped cilantro. Season to taste.
- Shape the mixture into small sausage-like logs, about 5 centimeters long.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat and cook the sausage logs for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- Toast the baguette halves in the oven for about 5 minutes until crispy.
- Spread mayonnaise inside the toasted baguette halves, then layer with the cooked sausage, cucumber slices, and pickled carrots.
- Serve immediately while warm.
