- Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - 20 grams, chopped
- Carrot - 1 small, julienned
- Cucumber - 1 small, thinly sliced
- Daikon radish - 50 grams, julienned
- Red bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
- Vegan mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
- Lime - 1, cut into wedges
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a bowl, marinate the cubed tofu with soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread a thin layer of Sriracha sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Evenly distribute the marinated tofu across the pizza base.
- Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese over the tofu, followed by the julienned carrot, cucumber, daikon, and red bell pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve hot with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the pizza.
