Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 300 grams
  • Firm tofu - 200 grams, pressed and cubed
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh cilantro - 20 grams, chopped
  • Carrot - 1 small, julienned
  • Cucumber - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Daikon radish - 50 grams, julienned
  • Red bell pepper - 1/2, thinly sliced
  • Vegan mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a bowl, marinate the cubed tofu with soy sauce, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape, then transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Sriracha sauce over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Evenly distribute the marinated tofu across the pizza base.
  6. Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese over the tofu, followed by the julienned carrot, cucumber, daikon, and red bell pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  9. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the pizza.
