- Mixed mushrooms (shiitake, oyster, enoki) - 150 grams, sliced
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Shallots - 2, thinly sliced
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, marinate the sliced beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced shallots to the skillet, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Increase the heat to high, then add the marinated beef to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the beef is browned and almost cooked through.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the mushrooms are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the chopped cilantro.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
