  • Chili flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, minced garlic, chili flakes, sesame oil, and black pepper to create the dipping sauce.
  3. Husk the sweet corn and remove all silk strands.
  4. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until it is charred and cooked through.
  5. Once grilled, remove the corn from the grill and immediately brush it with the prepared dipping sauce.
