- Shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar) - 50 grams
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chili sauce - to taste
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the cooking oil.
- Place one sheet of rice paper in the pan and let it warm for about 30 seconds until it becomes pliable.
- Crack one egg onto the rice paper and gently spread it to cover the surface.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded pork, chopped green onions, and cheese over the egg.
- Drizzle a teaspoon of fish sauce and add black pepper to taste.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the egg is set and the cheese melts, then carefully fold the rice paper in half.
- Flip the Bánh Tráng Nướng and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and repeat the process for the second serving.
- Serve hot with chili sauce on the side.
