  • Fish sauce - 15 ml
  • Black pepper - 2 grams
  • Chopped green onions - 30 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil, and knead until a smooth dough forms, about 10 minutes.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. While the dough is rising, prepare the topping. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. Add the ground pork to the skillet, season with fish sauce and black pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Add chopped green onions and mix well.
  6. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  7. Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a 25 cm round pizza shape on a floured surface.
  8. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the cooked pork mixture evenly on top.
  9. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese generously over the pork topping.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
