- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced

- Vegan mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Red onion - 1 small, sliced
- Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
- Fresh basil - a handful, chopped

- Chili flakes - optional, to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, mix warm water, instant yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
- Knead the mixture for about 5-7 minutes until a smooth dough forms. Cover with a cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a floured surface into a round pizza shape, about 0.5 cm thick.
- Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edge.
- Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by the garlic, bell pepper, red onion, and mushrooms.
- Season with black pepper and chili flakes if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
