- Red bell pepper, diced - 1/2
- Cilantro, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca starch, water, and salt to form a smooth batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
