- Broccoli florets - 100 grams
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce (halal) - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 15 minutes or until softened, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced halal chicken breast to the pan, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Add the soaked rice noodles to the pan along with soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss everything together and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until heated through and well combined.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
