- whole wheat flour - 150 grams
- warm water - 80 ml
- instant yeast - 5 grams
- olive oil - 10 ml
- salt - 2 grams
- cooked chicken breast, shredded - 100 grams
- bell pepper, diced - 50 grams
- onion, finely chopped - 30 grams
- spinach, chopped - 30 grams
- low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded - 50 grams
- soy sauce - 10 ml
- black pepper - 1 gram
- fresh basil, chopped - 5 grams
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, instant yeast, salt, warm water, and olive oil. Knead until a smooth dough forms, then let it rest for 15 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
- While the dough is resting, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper, sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- Add the shredded chicken, spinach, soy sauce, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F). Once the dough has rested, roll it out into two round pizzas about 0.5 cm thick.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the chicken and vegetable mixture evenly over each pizza, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizzas, followed by fresh basil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve hot.
