- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, vital wheat gluten, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well.
- Slowly add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place it in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
- Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out into a 25 cm (10 inch) diameter round on a floured surface.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, sliced Vietnamese sausage, diced red bell pepper, chopped green onion, soy sauce, and black pepper until well combined.
- Spread the filling mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
