- Daikon radish - 50 grams, julienned

- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the Halal bacon until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- While the bacon is cooking, prepare the pickled vegetables by mixing the julienned carrot and daikon radish with lime juice, salt, and a pinch of sugar. Let sit for about 10 minutes.
- Slice the baguettes lengthwise, leaving one side attached to create a pocket.
