Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, shallots, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown erythritol, black pepper, five-spice powder, and sesame oil to create a marinade.
  2. Cut the pork shoulder into thin strips and add them to the marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
