Ingredients
- Shrimp - 200 grams, peeled and deveined
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Coriander - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Mint - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large (for wrapping)
- Cucumber - 100 grams, julienned
- Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
- Radish - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, lime juice, fish sauce, and chili flakes. Marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add sesame oil. Add the marinated shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
- While the shrimp is cooking, prepare the vegetables by julienning the cucumber and carrot, and slicing the radish.
- Once the shrimp is cooked, remove from heat and stir in the chopped coriander and mint.
- To serve, take a large lettuce leaf and place a few shrimp in the center, then top with cucumber, carrot, and radish. Wrap the lettuce around the filling and enjoy.
