Steps
- Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- Spread 50g of pork liver pâté evenly on each half of the baguettes.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the pâté on each baguette.
- Layer the sliced cucumber, julienned carrot, and daikon radish on top of the pâté.
