  • Daikon radish (julienned) - 1/4 medium
  • Fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Prepare the vegetables: julienne the carrot and daikon radish, and thinly slice the cucumber.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, mayonnaise, and chili sauce to create the spread.
  3. Slice the baguettes in half lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
  4. Spread the sauce mixture evenly on both sides of the baguette.
