  • Green onions - 10 grams, chopped
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Chili sauce - 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and lightly toast it in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, then cook them in a non-stick skillet over medium heat, stirring gently to scramble until just set.
  4. Once the eggs are cooked, remove from heat and stir in the soy sauce, green onions, and cilantro.
  5. Spread mayonnaise on the toasted baguette halves.
