Ingredients
- Tofu - 200 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- French baguette - 2 pieces
- Carrot - 50 grams (julienned)
- Cucumber - 50 grams (sliced)
- Fresh coriander - 10 grams
- Fresh mint - 10 grams
- Chili sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into thin slices.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper. Marinate the tofu in this mixture for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated tofu slices and cook until golden brown and slightly crispy on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- While the tofu is cooking, prepare the vegetables by julienning the carrot and slicing the cucumber.
- Once the tofu is ready, slice the baguettes open lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
- Spread a layer of chili sauce inside each baguette, then layer the cooked tofu, carrots, cucumbers, coriander, and mint.
- Close the baguettes and serve immediately, or wrap them up for a delicious snack later.
