- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Carrot - 50 grams, julienned
- Cucumber - 50 grams, sliced
- Fresh cilantro - 15 grams, chopped
- Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise (vegan if desired) - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste

Steps
- Press the tofu for 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into two equal patties.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and rice vinegar. Marinade the tofu patties in this mixture for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated tofu patties for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.
- While the tofu is cooking, prepare the toppings: julienne the carrot, slice the cucumber, and chop the cilantro.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with sriracha sauce for a spicy dressing.
- To assemble the burgers, spread the spicy mayonnaise on the bottom half of each gluten-free bun, place a cooked tofu patty on top, and add the carrot, cucumber, and cilantro.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
