- Coconut flour - 2 tablespoons
- Egg - 1 large
- Lettuce leaves - 4 large
- Cucumber, sliced - 1/2 medium
- Carrot, julienned - 1/2 medium
- Radish, thinly sliced - 1/2 medium
- Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
- Chili sauce (Paleo-friendly) - for serving
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, minced garlic, minced shallot, fish sauce, chopped cilantro, chopped green onion, black pepper, coconut flour, and egg. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into two equal-sized patties.
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the patties and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
