- Burger buns - 2 units
- Fresh cilantro - 10 grams
- Fresh mint - 10 grams
- Pickled carrots - 50 grams
- Pickled daikon - 50 grams
- Cucumber - 50 grams, thinly sliced
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the ground beef, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and form into two equal-sized patties.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the pickled vegetables by mixing the pickled carrots and daikon in a small bowl.
- In another bowl, mix the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce to create a spicy mayo.
- Once the patties are cooked, toast the burger buns in the skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading the spicy mayo on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the beef patty, sliced cucumber, pickled vegetables, fresh cilantro, and mint. Top with the other half of the bun.
