  • Lime - 1, cut into wedges

Steps

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the sliced beef sirloin to the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.

  6. Slice the baguettes open lengthwise, leaving one side attached, and lightly toast them if desired.
